  • The Education Foundation of Morris Plains is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit volunteer organization that raises funds for innovation in education for all students in the Morris Plains School District. We have provided more than $100,000 to fund worthy projects in all grades that were outside the district's regular budget.

  • The Education Foundation of Morris Plains (EFMP) raises funds through applying for outside grants and by hosting unique, community-building fundraisers. These have included our signature Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run; Harlem Wizards vs. Morris Plains Teachers and staff basketball games; Beer & Bites craft beer and food tasting; A Toast to Excellence wine-tasting; Marvelous Homes of Morris Plains house tour; and more.

  • The EFMP can use as much or little of your time and talent as you can spare! We are looking for enthusiasm and expertise in event planning, attracting sponsors, marketing, social media, grant writing and more. EFMP Anniversary Celebration: Cheers to 15 Years!

Join us to celebrate 15 years of educational innovation in Morris Plains

Join EFMP on November 12th from 6 pm to 9 pm as we celebrate 15 years of the Education Foundation of Morris Plains—a milestone made possible by the support and generosity of our community. Hosted at the Kellogg Club in Morristown, NJ, this special evening will bring together friends, neighbors, and supporters for a night of celebration, connection, and giving back.

Guests will enjoy wine and beer while mingling with friends old and new, plus bottomless charcuterie boards and a decadent cannoli bar, curated by Cartisan, an exciting new local business founded by a Morris Plains mom and award-winning cheese expert.

This fundraiser is not just a celebration of the past 15 years—it’s an opportunity to help us shape the next 15. Together, we can continue to fund programs that spark creativity, curiosity, and learning in our schools.
